First, you will meet with our team here in New Zealand to discuss what sort of assistance you are after. This is our opportunity to get to know you and your business, talk about your pain points, set goals, and figure out where the opportunities lie.

Planning

Our experienced business development team will then relay your specific requirements to the delegated project manager in Sri Lanka. This project manager has access to a database full of qualified staff who have all previously been screened and tested on their specific expertise, as well as basic requirements like cognitive abilities, English skills, and work ethic.

Match Making

Our dedicated project manager will hand-pick the best team to work on your project. Virtual staff are selected based on previous experience and qualifications, and will be fully briefed on your business requirements. The project manager will remain as your key point of contact, providing regular updates as the project progresses.
